What do the different colors mean on a pelvic/transvaginal ultrasound mean? i had a lot of red/blue and some yellow /orange around my right ovary and within it. no colors on the left and red and blue spots on the endo. not sure what this all means?

The colors and other details are intended for doctors providing care and for other radiologists. Patients reading their own imaging reports should just read the concluding statements at the end of the report. If that doesn't provide the information in the detail you want, discuss with the doctor who ordered the test. It's the same for pathology reports and other complex lab tests. Good luck.
