Probably not: Assuming you are feeling better, as you say, the low temperature is likely due to a faulty thermometer, or error of technique, rather than an actual medical issue. Additionally, temperatures taken via the temporal or axillary route are notoriously inaccurate, so if the temperature was taken by that route, it should not be trusted. Hope this helps!
