Re-check: I suggest you recheck her after she has rested 15 minutes now that her temp is normal. It's likely to be slower. Regardless, 128 is within the range of normal for her age.

Hear rate: in the absence of fever and if the child was sleeping, a HR of 128 would be considered high, otherwise it would be considered within the normal range
