I was told i have bronchitis but i've been getting headaches all day but when i get the headache i'm having weird vision problems and dizziness is it because i'm sick or should i worry no health insurance so going to a doctor is almost impossible?

See a doctor: Who diagnosed you with bronchitis. Need some more history here. Are you a smoker? Did you have any head injuries? You should more sinus. Rest and try to drink hot soup to open the sinuses. The steam is very helpful. If no relief you need to see doctor

You should worry: unless you are just really dehydrated from the bronchitis. Drink at least one glass of water every hour and if it all gets better, no worries. Otherwise, see someone as it could be something more serious. Good luck!

You need to worry: The symptoms you describe are serious. Many cities big & small offer medical care for free. I would suggest that you call the nearest hospital, church, or even the Red Cross and see if they can recommend an organization that can help you. Also you can call the county medical society for help. Any of the suggestions I noted can be found in the local phone book. PLEASE get going.
