It depends: You don't say how old your son is. People are afraid of high fevers but 105 is not dangerous. Fever is how our bodies fight infection. If he is not short of breath i would not take him to the er. It would be wise to see his doctor tomorrow to rule out pneumonia. Most docs give antibiotics for bronchitis but they seldom help. The herb pellargonium sidoides (sold as umcka) is proven to help more.
