More workup: With 3 ineffective amoxicyllin courses and a wet cough with normal blood work two important diagnoses have to be ruled out 1. Idiopathic bronchiectasis. 2. Cystic fibrosis. Have your pediatrician refer your child to a pulmonologist as soon as possible.
