Exercise: The key to weight loss is not the calories we consume but the calories we burn. Cardiovascular exercise is the most important way to safely and effectively lose weight. Diet is important too, but my belief is that exercise is far more important. If two identical individuals lose the same weight, one through diet and the other through exercise, the one who loses though exercise is healthier.

I'm vegetarian: I am a vegetarian - do I can offer both sides of the fence. "vegetarian" does not necessarily mean healthier, since dairy and/or eggs are still present. Losing weight comes from your decision to exercise and live an active lifestyle. Be sure to supplement B12 - and email with any questions. Vegetarian is a step in the right direction.
