I fractured my ulna a month ago. i an still having swelling and i am not able to move my arm at all. have not seen dr in 3 wks. is this normal?

See your doctor: While a fractured ulna can still result in swelling and pain over the time interval you describe, it should be improving. If the condition is not getting better, then follow up with your treating doctor.
