Hit to the proximal end of ulna. what would my arm look like if there was a hairline fracture? there is currently swelling and pain upon only that spot to the touch

Varies : It varies somewhat. A "hairline" fracture would by definition be non displaced, so you would not expect any obvious deformity. Swelling, pain, and tenderness to palpating would be expected. X-rays are really the main way we evaluate for a fracture if thers was significant injury and exam concerning for a fracture.
