I had an x-ray of wrist, elbow and forearm 9 days after injury and no evidence of fracture. i have tingling numbness and swelling in fingers and can move them but not bend or grasp fully without pain. could it be a hand fracture or a sress fracture?

By 9 days after an injury any bone fracture would be more evident on x-rays from early changes at the fracture site. The symptoms sound more like nerve entrapment/dysfunction and soft tissue injury. A re-visit or visit with a sports medicine or orthopedic doc would be my next move.
