One month ago i fall down. and injured my elbow. i went to doctor. he did an xray and told that it is neither dislocation nor fracture. i have swelling l cannot straighten my arm and cannot flex forearm. when i try i have pain in inner elbow. ?

Get see again.: Sometimes a fracture does not show up on X-ray immediately but will show up on X-ray a few days later. Whether or not you have a fracture, something is still very wrong since you are not better. See the doctor again or see an orthopedist as soon as you can. Further treatment is definitely needed!

Bone scan: In cases like yours, often there's a fracture that wasn't seen on xray. Persistence of swelling, in my opinion, signifies fracture until proven otherwise. If a repeat xray is still negative, I recommend obtaining a bone scan which can reveal a fracture. I agree with Dr. R that you should consult an orthopedic specialist.
