May not get all moti: You may not obtain all of your motion back but if you are getting sharp pain you should see your surgeon you may have a problem related to the fracture or the fixation of the fracture ie. Plate/ screws you need to get checked out and most likely continue your pt.

Normally: All you need to do is stick to therapy . Talk to your doctor about it, to be sure you don't have any complications.
