None: None in moderation. A whole tube of Fluoride toothpaste can be neutralized with a glass of milk. The abrasive can be mechanically irritating to the stomach lining.

Toothpaste: Every ingredient in toothpaste is toxic----in the right dose. If you drink enough water it will kill you. Soooo if you just use pea size mound that is recommended, 2 to 3 times per day and expectorate after use you have more to worry about from a drone attack than poisoning from toothpaste.

None: Ingredients in toothpaste, in the amount that you use when you brush your teeth, are not toxic. Some people have intolerance to one or more ingredients. For example, some people can't tolerate the foaming ingredient, others can't tolerate the flavoring ingredients, but the reaction is not toxic. If ingredients were toxic, product would not be on the market.
