I ate breakfast, after i could still taste toothpaste from brushing earlier because i used alot, any chance i swallowed some and is it toxic?

No worries: One dose of toothpaste is not toxic. There's not enough stuff in one dose to hurt anyone. However, avoid any habit of swallowing toothpaste. No worries.

You'll be fine: You would have to eat an entire tube at one time to get sick. It's not toxic if you only use a dab or two to brush your teeth.

Toothpaste: Toothpaste does,t clean teeth, brushing & flossing does. Despite what they show you in toothpaste ads, only use a pea-sized portion (primarily for the fluoride & the other additives). DO NOT use a lot of toothpaste, won't make teeth any cleaner. Spit out when finished, but don't rinse for a while to let fluoride work. No, not toxic, but remember, all things in moderation.
