Very good morning doctors. i have a dental question. are therabreath mouthwash and toothpaste helpful products for good oral hygiene? are they any better than crest, colgate, listerine, scope?

All of these products, if used properly can result in good dental hygiene. I don’t believe that there are studies that show that anyone of them is better than any of the others. Good luck.

Brushing 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock, and flossing 1x/day will remove most harmful bacteria. T'paste, mouthwashes, etc., are adjuncts to good oral hygiene. Look for products with ADA seal on package which says product does what it's advertised to do.
