Many exercises: Push-ups, pull-ups, curls, arm-extensions, butter-fly, chin-lift, and boxing activities are examples of activities you can do to tone up your arms. Heavier, wt bearing exercises will build larger muscles, lighter wt and more reps will create better definition of your muscles. You should exercise all parts of your body--balance/more proportionate is better. Consult a trainer. Good luck.
