Yes but don't do it: Yes there are some surgeons that offer this procedure particularly with an elective c-section. However there are several issues which make this a higher risk procedure and i would not recommend this.Mwaait a minimum of 4-6 months when your weight is stable and childbearing is completed.

Not recommended : There are many hormonal changes with child birth. It is best to let them resolve and to be at a stable weight. Also if you want to breast feed it is best to not under go additional surgery.

3 months: Usually i recommend that women be done having children before getting a tummy tuck. Beyond that, i recommend waiting at least 3 months after finishing breast feeding and when your weight has stabilized before any body contouring procedures.

Better to wait: You can but you are better off waiting for the tummy tissues to soften for a few months. There is swelling in there after pregnancy that takes a while to settle down.

No: Tummy tuck immediately after surgery would not be standard treatment. There are many reasons why this makes no sense and would be strongly discouraged.

Not Ideal: Best to wait a period of many months to a year after pregnancies have been completed before contemplating tummy tuck surgery. Allow yourself to “bounce back” both physically and in terms of the care of your new offspring. Seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons when the time is right. Best wishes.
