About 6-8 weeks: A diet and exercise program usually will show appreciable results within the first 6 to 8 weeks. Depending on the intensity of your workout and how close you adhere to your dietary regimen, your results may vary. Give yourself a chance and remember that muscle weighs more than fat so use the way your clothes fit as a guide to fitness rather than just weight.
