Quick v safe wt loss: Weight gain typically doesn't happen overnight. Yet we expect to lose weight quickly. Bad news! It doesn't happen that way, at least not safely. If you want to change your weight & body composition, stick to basics, eg healthy nutrition & regular physical activity, plus enough sleep. Sweating buckets is a good measure of effort, assuming you're healthy. But you have to stick with it! Don't give up

NeedToVetYourSweat: This is a very common problem. We've probably all gone through it. First you need to know your body composition, you may be losing fat but gaining muscle. It's good that you're sweating, but are you also on a diet too low in calories, or other eating habits that can keep you at a plateau? It's complicated; you'll need to do some research. Google your question, there's a lot of info out there
