Hello, i get extreme headaches on weekends mostly. it results in me not being able to see or drive. and when i move i have extreme pain. i drink water and eat regularly to fight this but it doesn't help.

Migraine?: If the headache also throbs, you may be having migraines triggered by changing your waking hour during the weekend. People with migraine don't like changes and need to eat and sleep in regular hours. Try waking up the same time on weekends to see if this help. There are also Rx migraine pill your doctor can prescribe for you
