Multiple: Tummy tuck or abdominoplasty is not a benign or simple surgery. There are immediate risks of bleeding and infetion. For a reasonable number of people there procedure does not produce the results they want. They do not like the scar, assymetrical results or the problem of "saggy" skin does not resolve. At 18 your body can remodel. Take a look at your diet an look into high intensity exercises.

Risky, no.....: But potential problems later, maybe. I'm going to assume you're a woman. The most likely issue would be a future pregnancy. You may want or need a repeat tummy tuck after that. You and the child are not at any greater risk for complications however. If your a man, then the only future problem is repeat weight gain.

Maybe: At 18 best to start with diet and exercise for overall health. Then if the skin is really still loose a pannus removal can be a less risky option. If you haven't started having children you probably don't need the muscle tightening part of the tummy tuck anyway. Save that for after you are done having children.

Wait: At your age i would be concerned that later childbearing might affect the outcome. You would probably do fine with the surgery but it is the "after surgery" part that concerns me.

Wait til later: All surgeries have risks. The tummy tuck leaves a permanent scar, and has risks of bleeding, infection, anesthesia, dvt/pe, wound healing problems, etc.. It's best to wait until after you have finished having any children. Since you have youth on your side, really try to work on weight loss, rather than thinking about this surgery.
