Yes: By eating more fresh fruits and especially vegetables which are lower in carbohydrates compared to processed foods such as high calories such as cakes, you could lose weight by taking in less calories and feeling fuller. Calorie restriction or portion control is another way to lose weight. However, the smaller size of what youre eating may not be as satisfying as having more fruits and vegetables.
