Ovulation ? : The problem with pcos when trying to get pregnant is the lack of ovulation. If you are having regular cycles then you are most likely ovulating and conception should be normal. Consider doing a home ovulation test available at any pharmacy. If the test shows no ovulation then see your doctor.

Would say u r normal: I would not classify you as pcos, espcially if you have regular menstrual flow. Every normal women has some cysts on her ovaries, some more than others. Having multiple cysts there not necessarily means pcos. So, in your case, i would say u are normal. If u have problem conceiving, consider checking your partner--he may not be making adequte/good soldiers. Consult doc. Good luck.
