Possible PCOS: Pcos is characterized with symptoms of annovulation (irregular periods) and hyperandrogenism (biochemically or clinically, ie hirsutism). Patients can also have cysts on their ovaries, but is not needed for the diagnosis. Pcos is a diagnosis of exclusion so your dr. Should make sure there is not something else causing your symptoms. Including your elevated prolactin.
