Metformin/estrogenOC: An estrogenic birth control pill will help with your hirsutism. It will decrease new hair. Unfortunately, the hair you already have will have to be removed with laser, plucking etc. Metformin will help with your weight, and periods should you want to become pregnant. You should make sure you are on the pill or have a period at least every3 months due to a risk of uterine cancer. If acne, pill helps.
