Diet: Small changes in diet can make a difference in accumulation of body fat. Eating 3 meals a day. Not neglecting breakfest. Lowering the amount of simple carbohydrates. Specifically white flour, corn, potatoe and white rice, to exchange with squash, sweet potatoe, whole wheat, and brown rice. Not eating within 3-4 hours of bedtime.
