30/f: small palpable lympnodes on l & r supraclavicular region x 1.5 years. have fatigue too, but have seen an ent and pcp who are not concerned. normal blood work, soft tissue neck ct, abdominal ct, breast mammo, and chest xr 1 year ago. thoughts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

R.O. lymphoma: When bilateral nodes do not resolve, they may be totally benign, but occasionally low grade lymphoma can present in this manner. I have had cases lasting 6 yrs. without nodal change and when finally biopsied, low grade lymphoma found. Treatment is to watch because many remain unchanged. If enlargement or more nodes then bx required.
