You're kidding ??.: You need to understand that those with "ripped abs" have similar appearance of their other muscle groups. They achieve this through both workouts and a strict diet which has permitted them do drop their total body fat content down below 10% of body weight. Normal teens would carry around about 20% or a bit more if a little belly pouch. Think of dropping 10% of your weight to get this look.
