"PCOS" ?'s: "Facial hair and thinning hair" may be signs of genetic predisposition, and do not conclusively indicate PCOS. One "small cyst" is also not diagnostic of PCOS. Ask your gyn about low does oral contraceptives, which is the preferred treatment even if PCOS is actually present. If/when pregnancy is desired, ovulation induction may assist in achieving pregnancy.
