Is it ok to have an exercise such walking , light running, or badminton at night? what's the best exercise to burn fat when i just have time at night?

Light exercise is OK: Light exercise and a good night sleep which is important for turning fat into energy , too. If you eat 6 small meals a day, followed by relaxation and gratitude for a few minutes and take even 10 minutes to move in the same light way you will be even more successful, especially if you avoid smoking and alcohol l and eat healthy unprocessed food high in vegetables.
