Exercise : The 'best way' to 'burn' calories is to exercise aerobically( fast walking, jogging, bicycling, stair/ master , elliptical , tennis , etc.) for a minimum of 30 min/ day 5 days a week. Wt. Lifting is helpful to build muscle mass and tone but not as helpful to' burn' calories. Best of luck!
