Your alcohol can also contain lots of hidden calories. You don't get to choose where your body will draw the fat from when you attempt to lose weight. Good luck.

It helps: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss by exercise. Best bet is nutritional weight loss diet with aerobic exercise. And you will loose fat all over.
