Saline nasal spray.: Middle ear fliud is usually caused by eustachian tube dysfunction. The eustachian tube openings are in the back of the nose. Saline nasal rinses can help especially if you have sinus or allergy problems also. A valsalva maneuver to pop the ears twice a day can be helpful if done gently. Medicines like mucinex-d can also be useful for adults without high blood pressure.

Antihistamines: First you should be sure that you do not have an infection in your ears. If it is truly "eustachian tube dysfunction" which you can get along with sinus congestion and nasal congestion, often a combination antihistamine decongestant will help with the symptoms. You can ask your pharmacist for assistance. If you are on other meds let your pharmacist know.
