Relieving sinus: pressure can often be challenging. An oral decongestant like sudafed may help some, but should not be used for more than 4-5 days in a row or rebound congestion can occur. Neti pot or other sinus rinse can be helpful, and daily nasal steroid spray can also help. Warm compresses applied over the affected sinuses, massaging and a gentle pumping action with fingerpads over the affected sinuses may help

Sinusitis: This may be sinusitis or sinus inflammation. Allergies may be one cause but there can be many others. Mild symtoms may be relieved by over the counter saline sprays, irrigations, or decongestants. OTC pain medications may help as well. See an ENT for an evaluation if recurrent.
