Within 1 month have had: flu a, then head cold, now sinus pressure. mucus sometimes green. is it my thyroid? hashimotos? alot of people at my work sick. should i get a checkup?

Bacterial secondary: You may have a bacterial secondary infection of the sinuses. A course of antibiotics may be indicated and Strep bacterial infection is not uncommon following influenza infection. Rinse nasal passages with saline, and please see your PCP.
