Springsummer HA: Try nasal saline spray several times a day. Also inhaling steam like netti pot. An otc antihistamine like zyrtec or Allegra also can be of some help. Sudafed and other decongestants can make secretions thick and block sinus passages, and the rebound tissue swelling when they are stopped or between doses can be a source of sinus pressure as well.
