Get evaluated: First make sure this is from the sinuses and not something else. If sinuses, you may need chronic sinusitis treatment approaches and may need to see an ENT specialist. I suggest getting an appropriate evaluation and followup if not responding to treatment.

Treat the sinus: The pain from the sinuses is due to inflammation. You can try over-the-counter medications like Ibuprofen or Naproxen for this.
