Calesthenics: Good old-fashioned push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups in many repetitions with build up those muscles safely. You can challenge yourself to do more and more repetitions by making goals to achieve each week. You don't need heavy weights and definitely do not need any muscle-building supplements and additives!
