I have inflammation in my triceps after a hard workout - it has been 6 days without any strenuous exercise and lost of rest. the inflammation is spreading like a bee sting to my biceps, shoulder and forearm- what should i do?

See below: While there are many causes of arm pain and stinging one of the most common causes is cervical radiculopathy. This occurs when one of the nerves leaving the neck gets compressed as it leaves the spine and travels down the arm. Compression may occur due to degenerative/bulging discs or arthritic bone spurs contacting the nerve. See your physician if these symptoms are not better in 2 weeks

Be seen: The “spread” of the pain beyond your triceps to other areas in your arm suggests it may be more than simply “inflammation”. Consider being seen for an accurate diagnosis and treatment options.
