Not genetic: Regular or idiopathic scoliosis is usually a genetic basis whike acquired arises from a secondary issue like a back spadm, disc herniation or disc degeneration or even a tumor or spine infection.

Devlelop after birth: Congenital scoliosis is scoliosis you are born with and is usually born with abnormal spine bones. Aquired scoliosis is scoliosis you develop after birth this may be due juvenile scolioisis, tumor, fracture, arthritis, etc.
