<10% per cycle.: Ivf and art can help with increasing this to 10-20% per cycle if your fsh is normal. Of course, after conception the risks of miscarriage, fetal anomalies and fetal demise are all increased, as well as the risk of diabetes, hypertension, preeclampsia and multifetal gestations (twins/triplets, etc).

IVF success at 42: The chances aren't high naturally or with ivf. The # of eggs created may be less that desired, the quality, and genetics of the embryos are less than a younger patient. The chance of getting pregnant is 10 - 20% at best but many patients may miscarry. Patients may consider pre-implantation genetic diagnosis to evaluate the embryos before transfer to improve the chance to conceive and delivering.

Unfortunately, Low: The us national data suggests about 17/1000 women conceive @ age 41-44. The us ivf success rate for your age is 10%/cycle. (link: 1.Usa.Gov/13vq83g). You need a "fertility assessment" to include fsh, amh and antral follicle count - a fertility specialist can then give you specific advice about your chances. Do not delay as time is your biggest enemy.
