I'm confused because i know seveal women whom have had their cycles for four to five months of their pregnancy, conception that occurs close to cycle.

Not normal: It is not really very common to continue to have normal period-like bleeding on a monthly basis when you become pregnant, but it does occur sometimes. It's just not the norm at all.

Not normal: Up it's not normal to have bleeding once pregnant. Most of the time, women get confused about when there periods were. Any bleedingonce the pregnancy is established would be due to a threatened miscarriage, not a period.
