Nope.: Pregnancy does not occur unless the sperm meets the egg in the female genital tract (vagina, cervix). Exclusive anal sex cannot cause pregnancy (with the very rare exceptions of rectovaginal fistula, or post-hoc manipulation of the ejaculate).
