What will happen to me or the baby if i got a colonoscopy/egd done two weeks after conception? why gis don't like to do colonoscopy on pregnant woman?

No anesthesia: Most endoscopists give IV sedation for colonoscopy and egd. Noone should give anesthesia to a pregnant woman unless absolutely necessary. Procedure should be delayed until you are postpartum.
