M from india. please answer. since the baby in womb could die due to placenta problems which can further lead to infection inside mother, it is not possible for a girl/woman to remain pregnant for more than 11 months from the conception date. right?

There are exceedingly rare instances where a fetus has died and calcified in the womb only to be discovered much later. In most cases fetal death in the womb result in an infection that spreads to the mother & can result in her death. No woman remains pregnant 11 months.
