A member asked:

Does anybody have any idea who gets gall bladder symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

People w/Gallstones: Risk factors for gallbladder disease include a strong family history, obesity, certain ethnic groups, precipitous weight loss, blood disorders, liver infections, etc. Early-on, it is much more common in women, yet the odds even out after age 50. There is a less-common entity of gallbladder disease without stones, yet this is the exception.
