Hematuria: You need to go to see a urologist to rule out any bleeding from your kidneys or your bladder. You will need a renal ultrasound and possibly an intravenous pyelogram to see if your kidneys are the source of hematuria. If those exams are negative, you will need to have a cystoscopy so the urologist can look at your urinary bladder's wall to see if that is the cause of your hematuria.

Possibly serious: Need to be worked up with at least a kidney & bladder ultrasound, followed possibly by an abdominal ct scan & a cystoscopy. You are quite young to have kidney, bladder or prostate cancer, but these need to ruled out. Kidney stone, hydronephrosis from a partially blocked kidney, glomerulonephritis if proteiuria present, or arteriovenous malformations are all causes. Best get thee to a urologist.Hem.
