I have no symptoms of a uti. neurogenic bladder. recently i've noticed my urine smells foul with what looks like puss but it is white. any idea?

Possible infection: What is the cause of your neurogenic bladder? "dysuria", or pain with urination is the classic presentation of a urinary tract infection. However, these symptoms are not always present. You may still have a UTI with foul smelling urine as your only symptom. See a doctor for check of your urine.
