Try Interval: Even if you can 15 minutes twice a day that would help. A good interval work out can be very efficient in 20 minutes. Make sure you are cleared medically to do so. For instance on an elliptical the last 15-20 seconds of each minute-increase your pace or resistance to make it harder then back to base line. You do that for 20 minutes and you will burn fat...A very efficient work out.
