I have been exercising for the first time in very long up to 30 minutes a day thursday night i got awful pain at the back of my head to the side, slightly swollen tender to touch pain is now gone but without energy and cant exercise feel fatigued?

Deconditioned: You may have become quite deconditioned since you haven't exercised in a long period. Work up slowly to avoid injuries. Als, recommend warming up with stretching before hand and hopefully you won't develop that pain again. Good luck getting back into shape.
